What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no data goes to a font provider. Our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, requested page, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your contact details and your message to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying. If no project follows, we keep these exchanges for 3 years after our last contact; if a project does, for the periods required by law.

Business prospecting

We sometimes contact marketing, communication and creative professionals whose business contact details are public, to present our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, as the message relates to their job. Every message lets you refuse further contact by simply replying. Without an answer, we delete the data no later than 3 years after it was collected or after your last contact with us. People who object are kept on a do-not-contact list so that we never write to them again.

Who receives your data

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. Only Hide&Sick and its technical providers (website hosting, email) have access to it.

Transfers outside the EU

Our host, Netlify, Inc., is based in the United States and takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, or to object to its use: write to hello@hideandsick.studio. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
